Patient Coordinator Masters MedspaJessica Browne brings 11 years of experience in cosmetic surgery and patient care to Masters Medspa. Her career began in some of Newport Beach’s most highly regarded cosmetic surgical centers, where she developed an extensive understanding of the patient journey—from preparation and pre-operative care through procedures and post-operative recovery.
With her wealth of knowledge in both surgical and aesthetic medicine, Jessica brings a level of expertise, warmth, and attention to detail that makes every patient feel genuinely cared for.
As our Patient Coordinator, Jessica’s role goes far beyond scheduling. She is here to make your experience at Masters Medspa feel seamless, luxurious, personal, and effortless. From your first conversation with us, she will help you understand your options, answer your questions, coordinate your care, and guide you toward the treatments and providers that are best suited to your individual goals.
Jessica is knowledgeable about all of the treatments offered at Masters Medspa, as well as cosmetic surgical procedures outside of our practice. This allows her to help patients understand when an in-office aesthetic treatment may be appropriate—and when a surgical consultation may be the better path.
She is also licensed in phlebotomy, adding another layer of clinical knowledge to her patient-care expertise.
Jessica believes that patients should never feel like they are navigating their aesthetic journey alone.
