This appointment is for Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, or Daxxify only. If you’re interested in additional treatments, please book the primary treatment and neurotoxins can be added during that visit—no need to schedule separate appointments. A $150 deposit is required and will be applied toward your service. Allison Brewer, NP, is currently accepting filler appointments only. Patients receiving filler with Allison are welcome to add neurotoxin (Botox) during the same visit.
